Engagement Labs To Provide American Streaming Service With Data-Driven Audience Insights

Engagement Labs has agreed to issue shares for services provided by Growth Calculus LLC. 29,000 common shares will be issued at a deemed price of $0.30 per share for a total value of $8,700 as consideration for such services.
