Engagement Labs Fulfills Compensation Options to Directors
TORONTO, Ontario — December 17, 2015 – Engagement Labs Inc. (TSX-V: EL) today announces its intent to satisfy its obligation to pay independent director fees for the period January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015 by issuing shares, pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. The Corporation will issue 994,573 Common Shares with a deemed value of $0.227 per share (for an aggregate value of $225,768) to the independent directors of the Corporation for services provided. Such aggregate value is the net amount owing to the independent directors after making all statutorily required source deductions.
