Engagement Labs, a market research firm that follows what people are saying, released a study reporting that the Trumpeteers out there should thank FBI Director James Comey.

On Oct. 28, just days before the election, Comey wrote to Congress to say the FBI was renewing the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s email controversy. To wit: Immediately after the letter became public, as we can easily surmise, and Mr. Comey could conjecture, the polls showed a 17-point drop in popular feeling for Mrs. Clinton and an 11-point rise for Mr. Trump.
