Heather Evans is the Head of Product at Engagement Labs. She has twenty years of experience in the field of data and analytics. Heather played a vital role in the development and evolution of the major products at Engagement Labs, including the flagship product TotalSocial®, a data and analytics platform that combines consumer conversations that occur both online and offline. As Head of Product, Heather integrates the work of multiple teams including Technology, Data Development, Research and several major vendors. Heather also works closely with Engagement Labs partners such as Kantar, MRI-Simmons and Nielsen to create innovative co-branded products for the marketplace.
Prior to her product development role, Heather provided services to a wide range of Engagement Labs clients in the categories of media, video games, technology, telecom, consumer packaged goods, as well as media agencies.
Before joining Engagement Labs and Keller Fay Group (which was merged into Engagement Labs), she worked at Dow Jones where she managed and executed consumer and business-to-business market research for the company’s suite of prestigious brands, such as The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, Dow Jones Newswires, and MarketWatch. Before that, she held a market intelligence and research position at Factiva, a Dow Jones Reuters company.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from The College of New Jersey.
